1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ITALY2STAY mobile application (“App”) or visiting italy2stay.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website. The App and Website are operated by After Video Inc., a New York corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

ITALY2STAY is a free travel companion application that provides curated points of interest, itinerary planning tools, travel logistics resources, editorial content, and promotional deals related to travel in Italy. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts & Data

The App may store preferences, wishlists, and itinerary data locally on your device. We do not require account registration. Any data you voluntarily provide (such as location access) is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App and on the Website — including text, graphics, SVG illustrations, logos, icons, UI design, and software — is the property of After Video Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 2STAY™ is a trademark of After Video Inc. (USPTO Serial No. 99720306). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

6. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The App and Website contain links to third-party services including but not limited to booking platforms, ticket vendors, hotel search engines, and flight aggregators (such as Viator, Tiqets, Klook, Trip.com, and others). These are affiliate links, meaning After Video Inc. may earn a commission on transactions completed through them. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Prices, availability, and offers shown in the App are provided by third parties and may change without notice.

7. Location Services

The App may request access to your device’s location to provide location-relevant content such as nearby deals and attractions. Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time through your device settings. We do not track or store your location history on our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the information in the App is accurate, complete, or current. Travel information — including opening hours, prices, availability, transport schedules, and entry requirements — may change without notice. Always verify critical travel details with official sources before making decisions. We are not a travel agency and do not provide travel bookings directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFTER VIDEO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (WHICH IS $0 FOR THE FREE VERSION). This limitation applies to damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, reliance on any information provided through the App, or third-party actions or services accessed through the App.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or infrastructure; scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without authorization; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website or within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how After Video Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ITALY2STAY mobile application (“App”) and website at italy2stay.com (“Website”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily: Travel preferences, interests, and dates you enter into the App; wishlist and itinerary data; and any feedback or support requests you send us.

Information collected automatically: Device type and operating system; app version; general usage analytics (pages viewed, features used); crash reports and performance data; and approximate location (only if you grant permission).

Information we do NOT collect: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment information unless you voluntarily contact us. We do not require account registration. We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and improve the App’s features and content; show location-relevant deals and attractions (when location is enabled); generate and manage itineraries based on your preferences; analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience; and diagnose technical issues.

4. Location Data

The App may request access to your device’s precise or approximate location. This is used solely to show nearby deals, attractions, and relevant content. Location data is processed on-device or in real-time requests and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties. You can disable location access at any time in your device’s Settings. The App functions without location access.

5. Third-Party Services & Affiliate Partners

The App contains affiliate links to third-party booking and travel services. When you tap an affiliate link, you leave our App and enter the third party’s platform, governed by their own privacy policy. Our affiliate partners may include: Viator, Tiqets, Klook, Trip.com, Travelpayouts, and others. We do not share your personal data with affiliate partners. Affiliate links may contain tracking parameters that identify After Video Inc. as the referral source — these do not identify you personally.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand how the App is used. These tools collect anonymized or pseudonymized data such as device type, OS version, app events, and session duration. This data is used solely for improving the App.

7. Advertising

The App may display promotional content or hot deals. We do not currently use third-party ad networks or behavioral advertising. We do not use the Android Advertising ID for ad targeting or profiling. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

8. Data Storage & Security

Most App data (preferences, wishlists, itineraries) is stored locally on your device. Where server-side storage is used (such as for hot deals content), data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS). We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Server-side analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent for location access or analytics. Since we collect minimal personal data and do not maintain user accounts, most of these rights are exercised through your device settings. 12. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. For users in the EEA or UK: our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (improving the App) and consent (location access). You may withdraw consent at any time.

13. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
